What's the difference between Starter and Growth?

Growth includes everything in Starter, plus 5x more usage than Starter, a manager coaching dashboard, rep benchmarking, playbook enforcement and tracking, and advanced CRM sync.

How is usage measured?

Usage is based on the time Backdrop spends actively listening and assisting during your live calls. Anything generated after a call ends does not count toward it.

No. Follow-up drafts and deal summaries are generated after the call ends and do not count toward your usage.

Is it billed monthly or annually?

Starter and Growth are billed annually. The Free plan is never billed, so there is nothing to choose.

Yes. You can add seats at any time and they will be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle.

Yes. Backdrop processes audio in real time and does not store raw call recordings. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Yes. Backdrop is SOC 2 Type II certified. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based and audited, and we undergo continuous third-party security assessments. If your security team needs our full report, we can share it directly during evaluation.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. Annual plans can also be paid via invoice.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Annual plans can be canceled at the end of the billing period, and you keep full access until then. The Free plan has nothing to cancel.
