Notion Integration: Use Pages as Knowledge Sources
Connect your Notion workspace to Backdrop as a knowledge source. Select specific pages or entire databases to power real-time answers during sales calls.

This page connects a Notion workspace as a knowledge source for your whole team. To connect only your own Notion account, see the personal Notion integration.
Connect Notion
- In Backdrop, go to Settings > Integrations.
- Click Connect next to Notion.
- You will be redirected to Notion to authorize access.
- Select the pages and databases you want Backdrop to access, then click Allow access.
Once authorized, Backdrop will sync your Notion pages so they can be added as knowledge sources.
Managing Access
To change which pages Backdrop can access:
- In Notion, go to Settings & members > My connections.
- Find the Backdrop connection and update the pages it can access.
