Backdrop Integrations: Personal and Enterprise
Connect Backdrop to your CRM, meeting notes, and call recordings. Personal integrations are yours alone; enterprise integrations serve the whole workspace.
Backdrop pulls context from the tools your team already uses, like call recordings, product docs, and CRM data, so it can surface the right answer at the right moment. There are two kinds of integration, and the difference is who connects it and who it serves.
- Personal integrations are yours. You connect your own account from Knowledge in the Backdrop app, and only you can use it. Backdrop reads it on your behalf, with the same access your account already has.
- Enterprise integrations are shared. An admin connects them once, and everyone in your workspace benefits.
