Aurasell Integration: Deal Context on Every Call
Connect your Aurasell user to Backdrop. Read-only access to the accounts, contacts, deals, and notes your user can see, live on calls.
With Aurasell connected, Backdrop knows the account and the people on the call, which deals are open with them, and what you've already noted.
What Backdrop can read
Backdrop can read the accounts, contacts, deals, and notes your Aurasell user can see. Access is read-only: Backdrop never creates, edits, or deletes anything in Aurasell, and only you can use the connection.
Connect Aurasell
- In the Backdrop app, open Knowledge from the sidebar.
- Find Aurasell and click Connect on its card.
- In the Personal row, click Connect. Your browser opens the Aurasell sign-in page.
- Sign in to Aurasell and approve access.
When the Aurasell card turns green and reads For you, you're connected.
Aurasell's approval screen may name the connecting app as a Nango client rather than Backdrop. Nango is the service Backdrop uses to manage connections, so this is expected.
Disconnect Aurasell
- Open Knowledge and click Manage on the Aurasell card.
- In the Personal row, click Disconnect, then confirm.
Backdrop stops reading Aurasell on your behalf. If something isn't working, see troubleshooting.
Attio
Connect your Attio account to Backdrop. Look up the people, companies, deals, notes, and tasks your Attio user can see, live on calls, without changing them.
Confluence
Connect your own Confluence account to Backdrop. Read-only access to the spaces and pages you can see, searched on your behalf during calls.
