Unify Integration: Account Signals on Every Call
Connect your Unify seat to Backdrop. Read-only access to the companies, people, sequences, and tasks your seat can see, live on calls.
With Unify connected, Backdrop knows the account and the people on the call, and where they sit in your sequences.
What Backdrop can read
Backdrop can read the companies, people, sequences, and tasks your Unify seat can see. Access is read-only: Backdrop never creates, edits, or deletes anything in Unify, and only you can use the connection.
Connect Unify
- In the Backdrop app, open Knowledge from the sidebar.
- Find Unify and click Connect on its card.
- In the Personal row, click Connect. Your browser opens the Unify sign-in page.
- Sign in to Unify and approve access.
When the Unify card turns green and reads For you, you're connected.
Disconnect Unify
- Open Knowledge and click Manage on the Unify card.
- In the Personal row, click Disconnect, then confirm.
Backdrop stops reading Unify on your behalf. If something isn't working, see troubleshooting.
Slack
Connect your own Slack account to Backdrop. Read-only access to the channels, threads, and files you can see, searched on your behalf during calls.
