Fathom Integration: Past Meetings on Every Call
Connect your Fathom account to Backdrop. Read-only access to your meeting transcripts and summaries, so the last conversation informs the next.
With Fathom connected, Backdrop can recall your earlier conversations with a prospect: what they asked, what they pushed back on, and what you promised.
What Backdrop can read
Backdrop can read the meeting transcripts and summaries your Fathom account can see. Access is read-only: Backdrop never creates, edits, or deletes anything in Fathom, and only you can use the connection.
Connect Fathom
- In the Backdrop app, open Knowledge from the sidebar.
- Find Fathom and click Connect on its card.
- In the Personal row, click Connect. Your browser opens the Fathom sign-in page.
- Sign in to Fathom and approve access.
When the Fathom card turns green and reads For you, you're connected.
Disconnect Fathom
- Open Knowledge and click Manage on the Fathom card.
- In the Personal row, click Disconnect, then confirm.
Backdrop stops reading Fathom on your behalf. If something isn't working, see troubleshooting.
Attio
Connect your Attio account to Backdrop. Read-only access to the people, companies, deals, notes, and tasks your Attio user can see, live on calls.
Fireflies
Connect your Fireflies account to Backdrop. Read-only access to your meeting transcripts and summaries, so the last conversation informs the next.
