Amplemarket Integration: Lead Context on Every Call
Connect your Amplemarket seat to Backdrop. Read-only access to the leads, sequences, and engagement your seat can see, live on calls.
With Amplemarket connected, Backdrop knows who you're talking to before you ask: the lead's record, the sequence that reached them, and how they've engaged.
What Backdrop can read
Backdrop can read the leads, sequences, and engagement your Amplemarket seat can see. Access is read-only: Backdrop never creates, edits, or deletes anything in Amplemarket, and only you can use the connection.
Connect Amplemarket
- In the Backdrop app, open Knowledge from the sidebar.
- Find Amplemarket and click Connect on its card.
- In the Personal row, click Connect. Your browser opens the Amplemarket sign-in page.
- Sign in to Amplemarket and approve access.
When the Amplemarket card turns green and reads For you, you're connected.
Amplemarket's approval screen may name the connecting app as a Nango client rather than Backdrop. Nango is the service Backdrop uses to manage connections, so this is expected.
Disconnect Amplemarket
- Open Knowledge and click Manage on the Amplemarket card.
- In the Personal row, click Disconnect, then confirm.
Backdrop stops reading Amplemarket on your behalf. If something isn't working, see troubleshooting.
