Krisp Integration: Past Meetings on Every Call
Connect your Krisp workspace to Backdrop. Read-only access to meeting transcripts, summaries, action items, and upcoming meetings.
With Krisp connected, Backdrop can recall earlier conversations with a prospect and the follow-ups you committed to.
What Backdrop can read
Backdrop can read the meeting transcripts, summaries, and action items your Krisp workspace can see, plus your upcoming meetings. Access is read-only: Backdrop never creates, edits, or deletes anything in Krisp, and only you can use the connection.
Connect Krisp
- In the Backdrop app, open Knowledge from the sidebar.
- Find Krisp and click Connect on its card.
- In the Personal row, click Connect. Your browser opens the Krisp sign-in page.
- Sign in to Krisp and approve access.
When the Krisp card turns green and reads For you, you're connected.
Disconnect Krisp
- Open Knowledge and click Manage on the Krisp card.
- In the Personal row, click Disconnect, then confirm.
Backdrop stops reading Krisp on your behalf. If something isn't working, see troubleshooting.
