Granola Integration: Your Meeting Notes on Every Call
Connect your Granola account to Backdrop. Read-only access to the meeting notes and transcripts your Granola account can see, live on calls.
With Granola connected, the notes you took on earlier calls are there when you need them on the next one.
What Backdrop can read
Backdrop can read the meeting notes and transcripts your Granola account can see. Access is read-only: Backdrop never creates, edits, or deletes anything in Granola, and only you can use the connection.
Before you start
- Transcripts and folders need a paid Granola plan. On a free plan, Backdrop can read your meetings and notes, but Granola doesn't share transcripts or folders.
Connect Granola
- In the Backdrop app, open Knowledge from the sidebar.
- Find Granola and click Connect on its card.
- In the Personal row, click Connect. Your browser opens the Granola sign-in page.
- Sign in to Granola and approve access.
When the Granola card turns green and reads For you, you're connected.
Disconnect Granola
- Open Knowledge and click Manage on the Granola card.
- In the Personal row, click Disconnect, then confirm.
Backdrop stops reading Granola on your behalf. If something isn't working, see troubleshooting.
