HighLevel Integration: Your CRM on Every Call
Connect your HighLevel sub-account to Backdrop. Look up the contacts, conversations, opportunities, and calendars your sub-account can see, live on calls.
With HighLevel connected, the contact, the deal, and your past conversations are on hand when you need them on a call.
What Backdrop can see
Backdrop can see the contacts, conversations, opportunities, pipelines, and calendar events in your HighLevel sub-account. It only sees what your HighLevel user can see, and only you can use the connection.
Backdrop looks things up on its own. If it ever needs to change something in HighLevel, it asks you first.
Connect HighLevel
- In the Backdrop app, open Knowledge from the sidebar.
- Find HighLevel, or type its name in Search integrations…, and click Connect on its card.
- In the Personal row, click Connect. Your browser opens the HighLevel sign-in page.
- Sign in to HighLevel, pick the sub-account you want Backdrop to use, and approve access.
When the HighLevel card turns green and reads For you, you're connected.
Why HighLevel's approval screen may mention Nango
Backdrop uses Nango to manage connections securely, so HighLevel's approval
screen may name Nango, or api.nango.dev. That is expected.
Use it on a call
- During the call, ask Backdrop about the contact, for example "what stage is this opportunity in?" or "when did we last message them?".
- Outside a call, ask Backdrop the same kind of question to prepare or to write your follow-up.
Disconnect HighLevel
- Open Knowledge and click Manage on the HighLevel card.
- In the Personal row, click Disconnect, then confirm.
Backdrop stops using HighLevel on your behalf. If something isn't working, see troubleshooting.
